of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail). You may use the enclosed sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. In order to observe the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the communication informing me of the withdrawal prior the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, I shall return to you all the payments I received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you chose a different type of delivery than the one offered by me, the low-priced standard delivery), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of withdrawal from this contract was received by me. For such refund, I will use the same means of payment as used by you for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for these refunds. If you have requested that the service be commenced during the period of withdrawal, you shall pay me an appropriate amount equivalent to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time of the notification of withdrawal with respect to this contract.
